Hi my name is Julia. One of my favorite parts about piano with Miss Jennifer is being able to explore all different areas of it. Not just notation, but also playing songs by ear, and learning how to translate notes from one song, to the piano. You can learn to listen to music and tinker around to the point where you can create your own arrangements of the notes. Miss Jennifer has been my son’s piano teacher for a very long time, and I think it’s very lucky that we found her - she’s exceptional at her art, but I was also trying to find someone who would be patient with curious, hyperactive kids who asked a lot of questions, and she would answer all of my son’s questions, though they were piano-related or not, and then she would bring him back to the lesson again. “I have 3 children currently taking lessons with Jennifer, and plan to have my 4th child start when he is around age 5. My kids love her and so do I. She is also not afraid to venture into new areas with the kids as they show interest.
